The boxes presented here are organized into groups by location and then into what I believe is their rough order of introduction. However, there is some uncertainty in a few of my placements. For each box, a small thumbnail picture is shown. By clicking on the thumbnail, you can access a high-resolution picture of the box. Listed below are all the boxes used for EK Knives that I am aware of.

It has an end flap on at least one end. The Hamden Boxes are very rare. Since the box end flap has a line where the Style and Serial Number could be entered, the boxes were made up sometime after the start of the knives being serial numbered. The only reason I know they exist is from a Price List from Shown. Note the 3rd. I would guess the Miami box was probably a wooden display box.
I suspect the Miami boxes may be rarer than the Hamden boxes. It is a Two Piece Telescope Box constructed of thin white non-corrugated cardboard with the outside sections covered with black paper. The top has a circular black adhesive sticker with the Ek logo in white on it.

For blackjack it is dollars for the max bet. Maybe in the VIP room they have higher chips for the bigger games. Could be different here, Adelaide casino uses a sort of yellow colour for 10 dollar chips instead of blue like in the movies.
Speaking of movies, are the thousand dollar chips really bigger than normal? And those passport sized gold slabs they had in Casino Royal, has anyone here ever actually had something as high value as that? However, I don't think there is any rule of standardization that requires certain denominations be specific colors - so they could easily be different from casino to casino.
